Maid of Honor
Hannah shares the "middle sister" title with me and is my partner in crime! Because of our close age gap, we spent a majority of our childhood doing similar things. She is such an amazing sister and best friend but an even better role model. She pushes me to strengthen my relationship with the Lord and is always holding me accountable!
Best Man
Peyton is my childhood best friend and college roommate. He is the one who has always been by my side through the highs and the lows. We were the type of duo that had always found their way into some type of trouble. Although we don't share the same name, I have always considered him family.
Bridesmaid
Katie Girl is my baby sister and my mini me! We look the most alike and have very similar personalities. She has the kindest heart and is so incredibly creative. She is the strongest person I know and has never let the hardships of life knock her down. Although she may be younger than me, I hope to be just like her.
Best Man
Drew is my older brother and I have always looked up to him. I always went to him for guidance and no matter what situation I was in I knew he would always be there for me. I couldn't imagine him not standing beside me on my wedding day.
Bridesmaid
Ellie is my big sissy and my biggest role model. She has taught me so many life lessons and is the first person I call (after mom) when I need advice. She is a rockstar engineer and a mom of my three favorite girls in the whole world! She also brought Austin into our lives and gave me the brother I never had. I hope and pray that I will be as good of a mother as her one day.
Groomsman
Trey is also my childhood best friend, but he is more family to me than friend. He has been like another older brother to me since childhood. He was the one that kept reason in the conversation and always tried his best to keep us out of trouble.
Bridesmaid
Ashtin is Matthew's sister and now one of my best friends. I was always so worried that my future in-laws wouldn't like me, but she has taught me to love the parts of myself that I always hated. I couldn't be more blessed to gain another sister like her. Her passion for what she does and her love for Jesus are so inspiring and I hope that everyone gets an Ashtin in their lives!
Groomsman
Brayden is one of my childhood best friends. We lived a couple miles out of town and only a couple minutes from each other so we found ourselves together quite a lot growing up. We haven't lived close to each other for a while now, but that has never stopped us from getting together when we can.
Bridesmaid
Madi is Matthew's sister in law, but we never refer to her that way. She is 1000% a sister to Matt and to me as well! I am so beyond blessed to know her and live in the same city. She was so incredibly welcoming to me when I came around Matt's family for the first time and I couldn't be more grateful. I can't wait for a million more coffee dates, shopping sprees, and happy hour drinks! I just love her so much!
Groomsman
Nick has always been like an older brother to me and is Drew's best friend. Our relationship grew once he was living with Drew in college and I would come to visit. He has been another person for me to rely on when I need advice. Whenever we get together, you know it's going to be a good night.
Bridesmaid
Hanny is my absolute best friend and was my college roommate freshman year! She has now adopted the name "Roomie Hannah" to get rid of any confusion with "Sister Hannah." That name has stuck with my family since! She is such a constant in my life and is always steering me in the right direction!
Groomsman
Austin is Grace's brother-in-law. He is an amazing dad and it has been a blessing to get to know him and his family. I have watched his relationship with Grace for years now and he is more like a brother to her than a brother-in-law. I can't wait to gain another brother and grow our relationship.
Personal Attendant
Ashleigh is one of my childhood best friends! We met in first grade and have been friends ever since. She was my sidekick for four years of marching band and my rockstar school buddy. She is also a long-time family friend of the Hmielewski family and was the one to convince me to go on my first date with Matt!
Usher
Jack is Madison and Drew's brother in law. We met only a couple years ago but somehow bonded within the first couple of minutes. I wish he would move to Sioux Falls, so we could spend more time together. I can't imagine anyone else to greet our friends and family.
Personal Attendant
Addie is my baby cousin, but more importantly a best friend growing up! We spent many summers at the lake together and even more time at our grandparents farm. She has been there for every major milestone in my life and I am honored to have her a part of our wedding!
Usher
Jared is one of my teammates from college. We met our first year in college and it didn't take long for us to bond due to certain activities. Throughout those 4 years in college, he has become another one of my brothers.
Flower Girls
Harper, Brynlee, and Maisie are my (Grace's) nieces. These three girls are so incredibly special to the both of us! They adore their aunties and of course Matthew. It has been so fun watching them become comfortable around Matt and watching Matt play with them and transition into becoming their uncle! I promise you there will be lots of twirling in their white flower girl dresses!
