Mount Tabor
Mt Tabor is an incredible park on the east side. Gordon and Ashley have spent many mornings and evenings walking the dogs here, riding their bikes to the top, or meeting after work for a beer while they look out at the city. A special place for them! If you go in the morning, stop by Coquine for a coffee, an amazing to-go waffle and to browse their market. If you go in the evening, Coquine marketplace has a casual dinner and a killer amaro cocktail.
Peninsula Park Rose Garden
We have two official Rose Gardens in Portland and this one is Ashley's favorite! Roses may be on the downswing by September, but it's still a great park to stroll through, have a picnic, play some croquet!
Loyly Northeast
Great place to sauna! Two locations - NE and SE. Steam, sauna, cold shower. Get a massage!
