We met online in March of 2022 and decided our first date would be at Top Golf since we both shared a love for the game. After a couple buckets of Dos Equis, we found that we had a lot in common as far as our taste in music, love for travel, and the love/hate relationship we have with our favorite sports teams. Though our golf games weren't exactly what we had hoped for (Taylor was great at letting Jenny win but not making it obvious), we could tell we would enjoy spending more time together both on and off the course. Taylor invited Jenny to Bun B's Rodeo concert that weekend, and unfortunately she couldn't go but was certain that she wanted to see him again. The next day, Taylor recorded a video of him playing Boss DJ by Sublime on guitar and sent it to Jenny, not knowing it was one of her favorite songs, and she was won over. After talking for another two weeks, we decided to meet up for a second date at Postino, to which Taylor showed up with a bottle of tequila and flowers for Jenny for her upcoming birthday (so thoughtful). Midway through brunch, Jenny was worriedly checking her phone, sweating out the UH March Madness basketball game. We decided to bail from brunch and go catch the rest of the game at Kirby Ice House. After the game, we went to Lazy Oaks Beer Garden, played some Golden Tee, and had our first kiss. We've been together ever since. After a few months, Jenny introduced Taylor to her son Wyatt and the two of them hit it off right away when they found a shared love of video games. Jenny and Wyatt moved in with Taylor in October of 2023 and we have been blessed with many good memories. We've travelled all of the US, attempting to visit every MLB stadium, introduced our families to each other, and in May 2024 went on the best vacation of our lives to Cancun where Taylor proposed. We cannot wait to see you all in June and celebrate the beginning of the rest of our lives together!
