Are Children Welcome? Day Care?

Yes, however parents are fully responsible! Take advantage of convenient childcare for both you and your little ones. Our daycare offers care for children from three months to 12 years of age in Suite 435, on the resort's fourth floor. The center offers arts and crafts, a Playstation, as well as educational books and games. How to reserve a shuttle to and from the airport?

Experience the most convenient mode of transportation between Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) and the resort with our shuttle partner, Hawaii Island Transport Services (HITS). Fees apply and reservations are required. Booking well in advance is strongly recommended. Check the travel page for a link to reserve your shuttle ticket

We want to make planning for your trip as seamless as possible! Here are the payment options available: Travel Arrangements: You can set up a payment plan with our highly recommended travel agent, which we strongly encourage for ease and flexibility. Alternatively, you can pay directly through the hotel. Flights: Flights can be purchased through direct airlines, our travel agent (who offers payment plans), or the app Air Affordable, which also allows payment plans for flights. Excursions, Activities, and Meals: These will be paid for individually by guests. Payments can be made using cash, debit cards, or any major payment method accepted in the U.S. For added convenience, we highly recommend making purchases during your stay and charging them to your room. This allows you to remain card-free or cash-free while enjoying your trip! If you have any questions or need more details, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Do we have to stay at the Sheraton Hotel?

Answer

While we recommend staying at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel Resort for convenience, you are welcome to book accommodations elsewhere if you prefer. However, please keep in mind that some events, like the welcome dinner at Rum Fire and the vow renewal ceremony on the resort’s beach, require access to the Sheraton. Guests staying at other locations may not be able to attend these events due to the resort's access policies. For ease and full participation, we suggest booking your stay at the Sheraton Waikiki.
