Shuttles will be picking up at McMenamins Old St. Francis School Hotel in Bend and from 3:30pm to 3:45pm. After the reception, shuttles will be on standby to take guests back to Bend after 9pm.
Travel Note
Getting to the Petsche Ranch can be tricky! If you use the address in Google Maps, it will lead you astray. I've personally gotten lost several times. Follow these instructions to arrive at the correct location: Go to the location below on SW Reif Road and take a right on SW Harrison Way (not shown on google maps) https://goo.gl/maps/5gD9Wv1zNGYcTvcC8 At the end of SW Harrison Way take a left at the driveway for 13599 SW Harrison Way and you're there! Flight
The small airport in Redmond, OR is a 20 minute drive from the Petsche Ranch. There are daily non-stop flights to major airports including San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle. This airport will definitely be the most convenient travel option. You can catch an Uber or Lyft from here to take you to Bend.
Flight
The airport in Portland will be much cheaper to fly into and have more available flights, however it's a 3 hour drive to Bend from Portland so you will likely need to rent a car.
Travel Note
Shuttle Oregon daily shuttles from Portland to Bend if you want to fly to Portland and don't want to rent a car and drive yourself. $50 one way, $94 round trip. Check the website for details. CoBreeze also provides bus service between Portland and Bend: https://cobreeze.com/
Hotel
This is the main hotel where we are encouraging guests to stay. Not only is it an awesome hotel with lots of cool areas to explore (including a secret bar you have to find), it is also where the shuttles will be picking up for the wedding. We do not have a hotel block here, if all the rooms are booked, don't fret, there are plenty of other good options in downtown Bend!
House Or Rental
There's plenty of rental houses in Bend for guests to stay. Find a place to stay near the McMenamins Old St. Francis School hotel so you can walk to the shuttle.

There will be an area set up for campers at the Petsche Ranch for the wedding night on Saturday (BYO camping gear). Feel free to pitch a tent and party late! There will be a restroom trailer available all weekend but no showers. Guests are welcomed to bring RV's as well for a little more comfort!

If you're feeling bougie, Brasada Ranch is an upscale resort on a golf course near the Petsche Ranch in Powell Butte. Please note that wedding shuttles will not be stopping here, so you will have to plan your own ride.
