How do I RSVP?

You can click the RSVP tab above to RSVP at any time before Saturday September 7, 2024. We will not be sending or receiving physical RSVP cards so please let us know virtually if you plan to attend!

What should I do if i cannot make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you won't be able to make it please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" and things change, please contact either of us (although preferably Haley) so we can get it sorted on our end.

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Plus ones that we are able to accommodate should be indicated on when you go to RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both Ceremony and Reception will be held at Beaumont Farms. Our ceremony will be outdoors while the reception will be more fluid between indoor and outdoor spaces.

What’s for dinner?

Our casual reception will have a grazing table along with catered pizzas, and salads.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
This event will be a dry one. I know, i know, but we'd like you all to have your wits about you to celebrate with us! What you do or where you go afterwards, is completely your call. Petaluma has a number of fun bars/restaurants to end the night in if that's what floats your boat.

Our venue is located in Petaluma, CA. We have opted not to do a hotel block to give our guests the freedom to stay at a place that is most comfortable for them! Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Due to venue constraints, if your kiddo is not included in your family when you go to RSVP we unfortunately won’t be able to accommodate them. We encourage you to use this event as a date night instead!

What should I wear?
Answer
Farm formal? Ranch-chic? Think garden party but make it fall. And western if you feel so inclined.

When should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 and we ask that you arrive and settle into your seat 10-15 minutes before we are slotted to start.

What's the parking sitch?
Answer
Our venue is making an exception by allowing onsite parking for our event. With that in mind, please carpool if you can and be respectful of the lot as it is a working arena.

What should I do if I am running late?
Answer
Ideally, don't! If you do end up arriving after our ceremony has started we still invite you to join, but please be mindful and quiet as you sneak into your seats.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask (and our officiant will remind you!) that you keep your phones tucked away until our reception. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say our "I Do's." Our photographer can capture this moment for us and we'll be sure to share the photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, we welcome you to snap all the pics you want. There will also be a handful of disposable cameras floating around the reception, please be sure to snap some fun shots on those as well!
