Are kids welcome?

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. While we love your little ones, we hope you enjoy a night off to relax, celebrate, and dance with us! Thank you so much for understanding.

What is the dress code?

We recommend grass-friendly footwear and a light wrap for the evening coastal breeze.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to be seated down at the Breakwater Lawn for the ceremony by 3:45pm. The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:00pm.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by May 15th so we can finalize details with our vendors.

Will there be a shuttle service to and from my hotel?

Answer

If you are staying at any of the following hotels (Rockland Harbor, Glen Cove Inn & Suites, or Claddagh Motel & Suites), there will be a complimentary shuttle looping to and from the Samoset before the ceremony, after the reception, and after the after party. Should you be staying at an AirBNB or alternative hotel, accommodating a taxi service is highly recommended as Ubers are not available in the area of Rockport, Maine.

What time will the shuttle be picking me up before the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the Rockland Harbor Hotel, the shuttle will have two pick-up times which are 2:25pm and 2:50pm. If you are staying at Glen Cove, the shuttle will pick you up at 3:15pm. If you are staying at the Claddagh Inn, the shuttle will pick you up at 3:25pm. Please note that if you miss these shuttle times, you will have to call a local taxi.
