Covid Precautions

Our top priority is having a safe wedding! We remain very hopeful that by June 2022 the Covid situation will be better, but we know we must remain flexible. We will be requiring all guests to be fully vaccinated (including applicable boosters), including children (as those age groups roll out), and we will be holding both our ceremony and reception outside. If the size of our wedding or our Covid precautions need to change, we will let you know. If you do not feel safe getting the vaccine or do not wish to travel in these uncertain times, we will not take your absence personally and invite you to celebrate with us in spirit!

Flight

Asheville Regional Airport

If you're traveling by plane we recommend using the Asheville airport (AVL), but if you can't find a flight that works for you, Charlotte (CLT) and Greenville, SC (GSP) are under 2 hours away *note that the AVL airport has limited uber/lyfts. It is advised that you prearrange pick up prior to your arrival. There is usually no issue with ubers/lyfts once you are in Asheville and from downtown to the airport.

Hotel

Hilton Garden Inn - Downtown Asheville

We have 25 rooms blocked at this Downtown Asheville hotel for nights beginning Thursday, June 2 and ending Sunday, June 5th. The hotel is around a 20 minute drive from the Asheville airport and a 20 minute drive from Lake Eden, but only a few minutes walk from the heart of downtown! There is also a free shuttle that operates from the hotel within the downtown area (not to wedding venue or airport) and there is daily $10 parking available.
