We have booked our largest block of rooms here at the Hampton Inn and Suites - just 15 minutes from the venue. We will also be hosting an afterparty at this hotel in their conference rooms following the reception! *School buses will be provided from the Hampton Inn - leaving promptly at 4:40 p.m. for the ceremony. There will also be school buses available to bring guests back to the Hampton after the reception - at 10:15 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The Goobers are hosting an after party at the Hampton Inn at 11:15 p.m. This hotel has a 2-night minimum, but you may choose whether your two nights are Friday 7/2 + Saturday 7/3 or Saturday 7/3 + Sunday 7/4. There will also be school buses available to bring guests back to the Baymont/Hampton Inn after the reception - at 10:15 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The Goobers are hosting an after party at the Hampton Inn at 11:15 p.m. Guests who arrive at the venue early (i.e. those taking the school buses from the Baymont) may purchase drinks and sit outside at the venue while they wait for the ceremony to begin (if they wish!) This hotel is just 15 minutes from the venue and is allowing our guests to book a room for just one night on July 3, 2021 at $268 + tax.
