When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Sunday, July 25, 2027, at Bear Brook Valley in Fredon Township, New Jersey. Address: 23 Players Blvd, Fredon Township, NJ 07860 The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on-site.

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors overlooking the water and vineyards.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30–45 minutes before the ceremony's start to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony starts at 5:00 pm.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony. Please enjoy the moment without phones or cameras. We promise there will be plenty of photos afterward!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to dress in formal or cocktail attire. Kindly avoid wearing white, ivory, grey, sage green, or green, as these colors are reserved for the wedding party.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate event with close friends and family.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, our wedding will be an adults-only (18+) celebration, so everyone can enjoy a relaxing evening of dinner and dancing. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Will there be vegetarian or dietary options?

Absolutely! Bear Brook Valley offers incredible food and accommodations for all dietary needs. Please include any restrictions when you RSVP.

Yes! There will be a full open bar throughout the reception!

Yes! Bear Brook Valley offers complimentary on-site parking for all guests.

Are there hotel room blocks or recommended accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at the Hilton Inn Express in Newton. Details can be found in the travel tab.

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

There will be no shuttle service provided. Additionally, Uber and Lyft can be limited and unreliable in the area, so we kindly recommend arranging transportation in advance to ensure a smooth and stress-free evening.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

July in New Jersey is typically warm and sunny, with average highs around 85°F. The venue is both indoor and outdoor-friendly. Dress accordingly!

Our celebration will wrap up around 10:30 PM. There will be a late-night food truck as you exit!
