What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is semi-formal. We kindly ask guests to dress up with us! Feel free to wear your best dresses, dress pants, and dress shirts (ties optional). Please avoid jeans, hoodies, shorts, and casual tops. Our wedding will have a darker, moodier vibe, so we encourage rich tones and elevated neutrals. Please avoid wearing any emerald green, navy blue (including suits), spring and summer pastels, and obviously, any shade of white. Recommended colors: black, burgundy/wine, dark purple, turquoise or teal, grays/silvers, neutrals (tan, taupe, beige, champagne), rust/dark orange, browns, and medium shades of blue. Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

Devin and I are currently working on setting up room blocks in Defiance, OH for the wedding weekend. When we confirm the hotel blocks, those will posted under the heading "Travel".

Help! I missed the RSVP deadline.

Answer

If you missed the RSVP deadline, we regret to inform you that you will not be able to attend. However, we would love to get together with you in the weeks following the wedding to celebrate together!

Will there be line dancing? Are there any I should learn?

Answer

Yes! We can't wait to have our big group of dancers there, but we also want everyone to be able to get on the floor! Because of this, we will be doing a mix of line dancing and just regular dancing. It is recommended that guests who would like to participate in line dancing learn the dance to "Shivers" by Ed Sheeran and Ah Si! to Fireball by Pitbull. Madison will be posting tutorials to these and some others on the website soon!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love everyone's kids, but unfortunately we could not invite them all. Please check your invite when it arrives to see if kids are added on your RSVP card.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

We did our best to give everyone who is in a relationship a +1. If you do not have a +1 listed on your invite when it arrives, we can't wait to have you there with just your wonderful self!
