Patrick "Patty Ice" Daw --- Freshman year, Patty met me at Fish Camp and roped me into his bible study. Our brotherhood grew as time went on and now I don't know what I would have done without him. He is honestly the reason, aside from Jesus, that I am healed and mature enough to enter into marriage. Much love for this man!

Reagan "I'll listen" Herreth -- So I have known this one for about 21 years (give or take a few months) ;) From sharing a room to sharing an apartment to high school basketball to Aggie Rings and all the above, she has been through it all. She sees me with eyes like no one else. While she is my sister and I might be resistant to her love, she continually chooses me. She continually desires to love me. Rea has bouncy curls and a vibrant smile and an open heart!! When you see her and hear her once, you will never miss her in a room again!

David "Geaux Tigahs" Flattmann --- Flatty and I met the first day of Kindergarten when he walked in and was greeted by a crazy redhead kid who wouldn't leave him alone. From there sparked a brotherhood that would go through rocky patches but would inevitably come out on top. We stuck through it all together and when I shipped off to become an Aggie, I knew I wouldn't see the last of him. He is family and I wouldn’t want it any other way!

Miranda "Baby Talk" Contreras --- After stumbling upon each other at Aggie Awakening 113 and again at 114, we decided it was time to become friends. We spent countless nights in Miranda's car talking away!! A room was open in her house on Brookside Dr. and it had my name all over it. After a year of being her roommate, I know what it means to be seen with the delightful eyes of Christ. She loves me sometimes better than she loves herself :)

Thomas "Lil Pump" Dunn --- Oh this man! When I met Thomas I was a wee little freshman in search of some good friends at A&M, and the organization we were both in had an intermural softball team. If you know me, you know that I don't play around when I step on that dirt, and Thomas was able to match my energy! From that day forward I knew we were going to be good friends. Now I'm a Senior getting married and he's off and at PT school and we are still great friends. I guess there is something about friendships made on a baseball field that is lasting!

Cate "The Ache" Bailey --- We met at St. Mary's Welcome Retreat (aka Connect) the week before freshman year of college. After on and off encounters, junior year rolled around and she has become one of the most important friends in my life. Cate has taught me how to be unique within the world and find freedom in it. Banana nice cream holds a very important place in our relationship and so does true femininity! I love her a lot.

Collin "Klon" Vaughan --- I’ve known this man for my whole life!… literally. My brother is such a gentle soul and would love to sit and chill for hours. He’s got some stories about the world because he’s seen some crazy parts of it. The only bad thing about Collin is he’s lives in that’s city with the burnt Orange school *hssss*. Regardless of his choice of bad towns, if you see him around, say hey and sit with him for awhile!

Skylar "Funky Music White Boy" Burt --- We met at FOCUS brunch back before either of us really knew anyone there but what brought us together was Aggie Awakening mixed with COVID. We staffed Awakening together and became pretty good friends through that but when COVID hit, I needed a place to stay and he happened to have an extra room! After 2 months of guitar on his balcony, Whataburger runs, and spicy coffee we became close friends. We lived together the next year and now I can truly call him a brother!

Kat "I like to spend money" Montes --- We have high school softball to thank for this friendship! Neither of us totally wanted to be there, but we loved the people so we stayed (for a while). We were the best base runners and outfielders you've ever seen!! This woman was a safe place for me and still is. I have never had to be or do anything for this woman to love me. We find ourselves totally and completely free when with each other -- maybe 400 long car rides and 500 Sonic visits does that to you!

Jack "Drummer Boy" Hixon --- We met because a mutual friend of ours decided not to live with us! That friend recommend Jack as his replacement and I couldn't be happer that he did. Through many jam sessions, quotable movies, and controversial conversations we have become great friends, and even more so, we have become brothers.

Emily "Lowkey Aesthetic" Tate --- This lovely lady started a bible study for wee little freshman in 2018... I had the blissful pleasure of being in that study! Following my freshman year, she invited me to journey even more deeply. Up until June 2021, I saw her at least twice a week for a consecutive three years - you get kind of close to a person with that amount of contact. Emily has taught me what it means to be cherished for what I have been given through grace. P.S. She just started OT school & I am sure would love some prayers!!

Jack "tHANK yOU" Latta -- When I met this man, Mikayla had already been good friends with him and had worked with him on a retreat. Like many of my other friends, I got to know him because he was a friend of my beloved. Through group settings and the eventual cultivation of a one on one friendship, we became true brothers. If you are getting tired of all the business of the wedding, I guarantee Jack will be willing to step out for a bit!

Kyra "Oh I luve you" Martinez --- This woman's heart, I swear to you, is pure gold. Her and I spent our freshman and sophomore years of college playing a game of every few month catch up! But I knew I had made it as Kyra's friend when she would see me, she ALWAYS would give me a squeeze hug :) She shares the way she remains beautifully intimate with the Lord and invites me and others into it so well. Kyra is strong yet gentle & everyone has a lot they can learn from her heart. I know I have.

David "Geeet Ova Ear" Penoli --- We met Freshman year of College like once but we were both too cool for each other back then. Finally, we got over ourselves, and one day at Jason's Deli, I invited him to Patty's bible study. He showed up and the rest is history! Thanks Jesus! Now we are brothers and I can't think of a man I'd want to embrace more than David.

Emily "Chasing Sunsets” Camacho -- Met this woman when she was in 8th grade as her brother, Jose, and I picked her up from swim practice. I tried my best to make her feel welcomed and loved, while Jose just gave her a hard time. Over the next couple of years, I came to see how bright and welcoming her heart is!! Once we realized how similar we were, we quickly became friends!! Her heart is beautifully made to receive others, but also to give of herself in a unique and unrepeatable way!

Chris "Glad Trad" Tarantino -- When I first met Chris I was so thrown by his personality I honestly didn't like him. But like any good Whiskey, he takes time to appreciate. After long conversations on the front lawn, hot takes, great historical and theological conversations, and kisses on the cheek, Chris now has a special place in my life. If you ever want to have a good time, just ask this guy's opinion on something. You won't be disappointed.

Katie "I didn't see it" Edwards --- Been around since the beginning, but in Oklahoma. Her family finally wised up and moved to Texas in middle school. Katie followed me all the way through high school - but I would not have had it any other way! Having a cousin that stays being 6 months older than you is a fun experience (everyone should try it). Katie has taught me to be silly, but live completely authentically into your passions and personality! P.S. I am the only one allowed to call her Katherine Anne :)
