Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. This rule excludes the little ones in our wedding party. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night, and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!
Due to the very limited number of people we are allowed to host at the venue, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
The wedding will take place on Thursday November 13th, 2025 in Chattanooga, TN. The address of the venue will be sent out with the invitations.
If you look at our "Travel" section on our website, we have provided a list of the closest hotels and Airbnbs to the venue. Most of these places range from 15-20 minutes away from the venue. There are plenty of additional hotels in the surrounding area and downtown Chattanooga if you would prefer to stay in the downtown area.
The venue has both indoor and outdoor areas. Weather permitting the ceremony will be held in the outdoor garden. Following the ceremony cocktail hour will be held in the covered veranda, and then the reception will be held inside Windsor Hall.
Yes! The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location. Once you park in the venues parking lot, you won't have to worry about driving anywhere else.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up! The dress code is Garden Party Attire/ cocktail attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, blazers or suits in lighter hues. Dresses knee length to floor length, and button up shirts with khakis or slacks. Colors of the rainbow, pastels, or floral patterns are encouraged but not required. No jeans, athletic shoes, or t-shirts at all please :) Absolutely NO wearing of white, cream, or ivory.
Parking is located at the base of the hill just off of Suck Creek Road. As soon as you turn into the entrance of the venue, the parking lot is located on the right. If you start going up the hill you have gone too far. The venue provides shuttle service to/from the parking area as the venue is situated on a steep hill. Shuttle service will stop service 10-15 minutes before the ceremony, and then will continue service following the end of the ceremony. So arriving earlier than the ceremony start time is highly encouraged.
Please plan to arrive at the venue 20-30 minutes early to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins. Ten minutes before the ceremony starts the shuttle will not run until the ceremony ends.
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment, so please take this time to be present and enjoy the ceremony. During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many picture as you would like!
We kindly ask you to avoid the colors emerald green and colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams. Anyone that wears a dress or outfit completely of one of the colors reserved for the bride will be provided with a thrifted outfit or animal costume to change into that is pre-purchased for this issue. It will not be a good outfit pick, so we highly encourage not wearing any of those colors. :)
Yes of course! Please reach out to the bride or mother of the bride to let them know of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We want to make sure everyone has a great time and gets great food, so we will make accommodations for anyone that needs them. :)
Yes! we're working towards booking a bartender at the moment. If you plan to drink we do encourage you to have a designated driver or prepare to have an Uber or Lyft take you to your lodging. We ask everyone to have fun and enjoy, but please drink responsibly. Our bartender will cut anyone off that becomes too intoxicated.
There is no smoking allowed at this venue.
Please don't. We kindly ask everyone once they get their invitations to RSVP as soon as possible. We will post a deadline of accepting RSVPS once our vendors tell us by the final date that they need a head count. If you show up and haven't RSVP there will be no food, drink, or chair available for you.
