Will I be able to see the wedding if I can't go?

We plan to have the wedding ceremony streamed for friends and family that can't make it! You can go to this link the day of in order to watch out wedding! We hope to have it recorded through YouTube also in case you would like to watch it later. https://youtube.com/live/Pq6BZVGEOwk

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

3:30pm Central (-5 UTC). The doors will open shortly before hand. Please don't be late!

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

Because we are having our wedding on a Sunday, everything is going to happen a little sooner compared to most weddings. We plan to end around 10:30pm. That should mean that if you live in the area, you should be able to come on by and party with us, and be home well before midnight!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The wedding party is planning to stay at Hotel Verdant and we plan to have a shuttle go between Hotel Verdant and the venue. https://www.hotelverdant.com/

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have a shuttle leaving Hotel Verdant and going to the Ceremony at 2:45pm - 5:45pm. As the night comes to a close, we will have a shuttle taking people back to Hotel Verdant at 8:00pm-11:00pm

Is there going to be a money dance?

Answer

Yes! We plan to have a money dance for the wedding, so please bring some cash to our wedding. You'll be able to pin it to the bride and groom and take a moment to dance with us. If you forget to bring cash, we plan to have our parents stationed near the dance floor to help us.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of dedicated parking at the covenant.

What does cocktail formal mean?

Answer

Don't wear jeans but also don't wear a three piece suit. We want you to look nice but be comfortable enough to dance in a moment's notice. Don't forget to bring comfy shoes to dance in for the reception! Examples include a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women, and a simple suit and tie for men.

Why do you have XXX on the registry?

Answer

Zola and other stores offer up to a 20% discount on some of the items in our registry after our wedding. So some of these items were listed with the intention that we would get a nice discount after our wedding so that we can fill out our home together. We really are not expecting anyone to buy the Peloton!
