Our paths first crossed about a year before we officially met, due to a mutual friend. At the time, it was just a passing moment—neither of us realizing how significant it would one day become. In November 2015, life brought us together again through a work project. During a team meeting, we volunteered to grab pizzas for everyone, and as we walked downstairs, Brielle held the door open, flashed a smile, and teased, “Come on, slow poke.” It was a small, ordinary moment, but one that left an impression. Not long after, we happened to pull into work at the same time. As we walked inside, Brielle turned around with her unforgettable smile and asked, “Aren’t you that boy from CIP?” From that moment, something just clicked. Lunch together the very next day led to shopping the following week, and before long, we were spending nearly every day side by side. What started with playful banter and simple moments quickly grew into a deep, lasting love. Looking back, it feels like fate gave us more than one chance to find each other.
