What is the dress code for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Black Tie Optional - Our wedding will be black tie optional also known as formal attire. Think tuxes or dark suit and tie for men and long dresses to the floor for women. We recommend fall colorful tones or neutrals!

Where are the buses picking us up?

Answer

SONOMA VALLEY INN Bus departs at 4:30 pm & 4:40 pm EL PUEBLO INN Bus departs at 4:30 pm & 4:40 pm Viansa Winery has a free parking lot available for guests, and you’re welcome to leave your car there overnight if needed! If you leave your car overnight, pickup will begin at 10 am on Sunday, October 18th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue by 5:00 PM. This will allow you time to enjoy a welcome drink, find your seat, and comfortably settle in before the ceremony begins.

While we love little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy!
