Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both will be held at Venue at the Grove (7010 S 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85041). The reception will follow immediately after the ceremony—no travel required.

What hotel accommodations are available?

We have reserved a room block at the Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas (formerly know as The Scottsdale Plaza Resort). Please use our booking link (found under the Travel page) to access the discounted rate.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding is Garden Party Chic — think light, flowy sundresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits for women, and suits or dress slacks with a button-down (ties optional) for men.

Do you have a registry?

Because we already have the essentials at home and will be traveling from Arizona back to New York after the wedding, we’ve chosen to keep things simple with a honeymoon fund instead of a traditional registry. More than anything, we’re excited to start our marriage with meaningful experiences and memories together!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early so you can get settled before the ceremony begins.

Yes, there is ample parking onsite.

Will transportation be provided?

If you’re staying at our hotel block, shuttles will be available to and from the venue. Details will be shared as we get closer.

The nearest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX), approximately 22 minutes from the hotel and 20 minutes from the venue.

Should I rent a car?

Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are reliable in the area, but if you’d like more flexibility, a rental car may be a good option.

Dinner will be plated with options of chicken, beef or vegetarian/vegan, followed by dessert.
