When should I RSVP by?

Is there transportation between the hotels and the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will be offering a shuttle bus service between select hotels and the venue. Please see the Travel & Hotels section of the website for more information. Niagara Falls Taxi: (905) 357-4000 Uber also services the area. Venue staff have advised that guests are welcome to leave their cars parked overnight provided they let venue staff know (so they can inform their security team) and pick up their vehicles as soon as possible the next morning. There are plenty of options to get where you need to go safely! PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 4:00pm. Ceremony starts at 4:30pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking onsite. Please note, parking is about a 300m walk to the building. Consider dropping guests off at the front door before parking if needed, or using the venue’s golf cart shuttle service.

Cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors. Please note, the ceremony will be held outside on a covered terrace - dress accordingly!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. After that, photograph away!
