Shuttle Schedule for July 4th
July 4, 2024 4:00 pm - 12:15 am
Buses will be transporting guests to and from hotels and Frost Moon Mountain. Please review our schedule below: A bus will arrive at the Hampton Inn at 4:00pm and depart at 4:15pm. A bus will arrive at the Kimpton Taconic Hotel at 4:20pm and depart at 4:35pm. A bus will arrive at the Barnstead Inn at 4:15pm and depart at 4:30pm. Shuttles will run as needed starting at 9:15pm to take guests to any hotel necessary. The last shuttle of the evening will depart from Frost Moon Mountain no later than 12:15am.

A bus will arrive at the Kimpton Taconic Hotel at 6:35pm and depart at 6:50pm. A second bus will arrive at 7:40pm and depart at 7:55pm A bus will arrive at the Barnstead Inn at 6:15pm and depart at 6:30pm. A second bus will arrive at 7:20pm and depart at 7:35pm. Shuttles will run as needed starting at 10:00pm to take guests to any hotel necessary. The last shuttle of the evening will depart from Frost Moon Mountain no later than 12:15am.

The link about set up for the entire duration of the wedding weekend. If a guest is not staying from Wednesday to Sunday, just click the “edit stay” button and make the necessary date changes. A two-night stay is required.
