What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4! If you arrive before 3:30, you'll be roped into helping set something up, so travel wisely

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 30th! If you do it early, you'll make Shauna's day.

Question

I have a food allergy, or am vegan, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! Shauna is not working on her wedding day, and the other healthcare workers in attendance are also off the clock. Let's make sure you're safe and taken care of!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

They are! Please include them in your RSVP so we have an accurate head count for food! If you'd benefit from on-site childcare, please contact Shauna-- we want to make sure we hire someone who fits your needs. Things that will be at our wedding: alcohol, and adults dancing to music you'd hear at a club Also at our wedding: a fridge to store anything you need to store (no freezer available, sorry)

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal! Please wear something that makes you feel gorgeous and dressy and comfortable. Shauna will be in a gown, Matt will be in a suit, and parents will all be looking fancy. Our venue has both inside and outside areas, and CO weather is unpredictable in October.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yep, but carpooling is encouraged!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to invite everyone we've ever met (a la our Thanksgiving meals), but space at the venue is not infinite. We made our guest list carefully, with consideration to people's partners and kids, and also to those who might not know enough people at the event to have a good time without a plus-one. If you feel like we messed up, and didn't give you a plus-one invite when we should have, please reach out! Please don't make an executive decision without giving us the opportunity to know about it (and get enough food).

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence (in our lives and at our wedding) is truly the best gift we could ask for! If you feel compelled to contribute something else, our registry has some things we’d use daily, or be genuinely excited to receive. We also have a “future family fund”, for anyone who’d like to help us get closer to diapers and childcare.
