Friend of the Bride… Liz was so lucky to have found such an amazing friend in Julianne! The two met in 2007 during their college orientation at MCPHS. 2 months later Julianne became her dorm neighbor!! The two became such close friends, they chose to live together the following 2 years in Boston. They traveled to Switzerland and explored every corner of Boston together, Julianne is known to have the best plans and ideas so they never missed a beat being able to thoroughly enjoy what the city offered… (they once walked 4.8 miles to this cool NEW place called Panera Bread!) Julianne is a professional maid of honor – in fact, she announced her retirement as MOH in 2019 which made Liz nervous, but thankfully she had never been a Matron of Honor so she gladly accepted!
Steve Finn
Best Man
Steve and Tim became friends in high school, while playing on the freshman basketball team and coaching Parc & Rec basketball. After high school, they went on to attend college at UConn together where they rooted on their UConn Huskies at basketball games, became beer pong enthusiasts, and met a great group of friends. Steve enjoys playing golf, is a 4-time fantasy football champion, and is kept busy by his twin 6 year-olds, Ava and Lucas, his yellow lab Lincoln, and his wife Amanda.
Jami Riley
Maid of Honor
Friend of the Bride… One day Liz was invited to meet up with Julianne in her hometown… she met Jami and the rest was history. Jami and Liz became great friends in such a short time… it could be because they have the same sleeping schedule staying up until 3am, or it could be because they’re hilarious… or BOTH! Jami and Liz can keep a joke going for a record amount of time... they have spent hours laughing uncontrollably or as Jami calls it, “cackling”. Jami is the funniest person, always scheming and plotting something hilarious to do. She is the #1 prankster, and no one is safe from her pranks! Jami loves a night of dancing (but mostly to Britney Spears). She will be the life of the party!
Amanda Finn

As wife of the best man, Amanda has become one of Tim’s closest friends. Amanda has spent countless days hanging on the couch with Steve and Tim while they yell at the TV. She pretends not to enjoy when the boys are watching their games, but she isn’t fooling anyone. Amanda is known for her infectious laughter, and making the best kielbasa chili on the East coast. Amanda is a frequent host of dance parties with Ava and Lucas, and the only one who Lincoln listens to.
Katy Lather

Friend of the Bride… Katy and Liz were roommates for 3 years in West Hartford, but before that they were middle and high school pals! Liz and Katy are known to start dance parties anywhere they are standing, hang curtains and clean the house to reggae, and laugh for hours in person or via text from 2 rooms away. Katy is sneakily the most athletic person Liz has met. She excels in all sports, but currently you’ll have to climb a ladder to find her as she’s an instructor and a lyra hoop aerialist! Katy is the bride’s personal music, fashion stylist, and makeup go-to gal!
Brian Francese

Brian and Tim met their junior year at UConn. Brian let Tim borrow a tie to wear for the career fair, and the rest is history. Also referred to as “Big B”, he is known for his bellowing laughter and perfectly quafted hair, which somehow looks better every time you see him. Big B is a food connoisseur – posting his creations on Instagram, lives for Smoked Salmon Sunday, and asks every restaurant he frequents “how’s the pulled pork?” Brian is a partner at his accounting firm, a cat dad to Pocono, and husband to his amazing wife Sandra.
Melissa Seidl

Friend of the Bride… Melissa and Liz went to high school together, but became really close friends after college when they were dancing all around downtown Hartford together every week! Liz and Melissa took all their dance moves and adventures to NYC when Melissa moved there, and had some amazing memories together – especially hotel Altima :). Melissa is always down to have a good time and plans the best days in the city!! She loves a good rooftop, a boozy brunch, or a new brewery. She is such a fun friend and person to be around!
Tom Bladek

Tom and Tim met their freshman year at UConn. Tom is well established as the nicest guy in the group (it’s really not even close), and can be referred to as “Good Old Tom”. But don’t let his “nice guy” demeanor fool you, Tom likes to let loose and have a good time with the best of them. Tom won’t need too much motivation to get on the dance floor – one hit wonder “Your Love” by The Outfield or a little Maker’s Mark should do the trick. Tom is married to his wonderful wife Becky, and an incredible dad to his kids Avery and Nathan.
Kayla Polito

Friend of the Bride…. Kayla and Liz went to high school together, but became close friends when they were out of college. Liz has spent many days and nights with Kayla in Milford, CT and more recently in Boston where she currently lives with her husband Nick. Liz even won the competition for ‘who stayed over their house the most!’ Kayla is the sweetest person and is definitely the “mother” of any group she’s with... she keeps track of everyone and stays 12 steps ahead of us making sure we have reservations, a ride, and set plans. Even when she’s busy making plans she still knows how to fully enjoy herself! But beware.. if you stay over her house, bring sneakers and workout clothing... she's been known to drag Liz to the gym or a random run around downtown Boston (too early and too awful)

Steve and Tim met their senior year at UConn. Steve – who goes by “Cagg” – was also roommates with Tim after college (at the lily pad). Cagg is never shy to pass out compliments to boost your ego and say “Bro, you look good!” Cagg is known for being the life of the party, doing “the wobble” on the dance floor, and on occasion for “shaking the ropes too hard” like the Ultimate Warrior. Cagg recently moved from CT to sunny Florida along with his cat, Buddy.
Shaina Andrews

Friend of the Bride… Shaina and Liz met in 7th grade during Mr. Robinson’s math class, they both really hate math so they instantly bonded! Shaina and Liz have a friendship that has stayed hella-strong ever since middle school! Don’t let Shaina’s sweet and “quiet” personality fool you, she loves to rock out to Avenged Sevenfold, quote SNL, Dumb & Dumber, and MadTV. Liz is lucky to have Shaina as a friend not only because she's down for anything but also because she knows how to parallel park... (sorry to every parking attendant that had to wait for Liz and Shaina to quickly switch seats with a line of cars behind them LOL). Today she can be found chasing around her adorable 3.5 year old twins!
Dan LaMesa

Dan and Tim met their freshman year at UConn. After college, they were roommates in Middletown together, where they spent their time watching football, playing Guitar Hero, and frequenting their favorite local sports bar – Rookies! Dan is one half of tag team The Rockers, where they both dressed up as their favorite 80s wrestling duo – and both insisted on being Marty Jannetty. To this day, Dan will still respond when you call him “Marty” – go ahead and give it a try! Dan can be found tending his chicken coop at home with his daughters Julianna, Bella, and Maya, along with his lovely wife Jenny.

Future Sister-in-law… Alison and Liz met during her birthday in NYC!! Alison told everyone that her best birthday gift was getting to meet her brother’s new girlfriend! Since then Alison has been the best sister to Liz!! She is the sweetest person with the biggest heart. She works so hard along with her husband Kevin saving dogs with their dog rescue, Caribbean Canine Connection. Alison knows how to balance both work and play! She and Kevin love to travel and really know how to enjoy life! They always have fun plans and surprises up their sleeves!
Kevin Driscoll

Kevin and Tim are brothers in-law. Kevin enjoys travelling, playing golf, and has a passion for saving dogs. Along with his wife Alison, the couple started their own dog rescue Caribbean Canine Connection. Together they have helped find homes for over 250 “coconut retrievers” from the islands, including their dog Sophie and Tim’s dog Mulligan! In addition to being a great husband and brother in-law, Kevin is a fantastic dog dad to Sophie and her brother Oliver.

Charlette is the bride's cousin! She's such a love bug who has the most energy and personality! She has the most beautiful voice and loves singing! Charlette can't WAIT to be a junior bridesmaid but she is most excited about getting to buy a new dress for the occasion! She was made for this job.

Ava is the sweet and silly daughter of Tim's best man, Steve and groomsmaid, Amanda! She lights up a room with her adorable personality and bursts of laughter and happiness! She loves to sing "The Waffle Song" with her brother Lucas, who aspire to make their own YouTube channel. She is going to be an amazing flower girl!!

Lucas is the son of Tim's best man, Steve and groomsmaid, Amanda! When Lucas found out Tim was planning to propose to Liz, he said "Liz is definitely going to say YES!" Lucas is smart and funny, and promises to show off his moves on the dance floor! Lucas has assured us that he is really good at "carrying things", and we know he's the right man for the job. He will be the best ring bearer!
