Please be mindful, it's fall in VT, hotels will book up quickly. The wedding will take place about 35 minutes outside of Burlington at the Tillerman Inn & Restaurant in Bristol. We recommend guests stay in Burlington and have scheduled shuttles to bring folks to and from the event on Saturday. Shuttle pick-up and drop-off will be at Hotel Champlain and Hilton Garden Inn. The Hotel Champlain, Courtyard and Hotel Vermont are all on the same corner, but there are a number of other hotels and Airbnbs not far away if you would prefer to stay elsewhere. There are Airbnbs in Bristol and Middlebury, but please be mindful we will not be providing transportation.

Shuttle

September 13, 2025 3:00 pm - 11:45 pm

The shuttles will leave from the Hotel Champlain at 3:00pm and pick up at the Hilton Garden Inn, Burlington at 3:15pm. There will be return shuttles at various times. We'll post the exact timing when we get closer. The VT roads are dark and windy, we strongly encourage you to stay in Burlington and use the shuttles. We will not be providing shuttles to other surrounding towns.

There are AirBnB's or VRBO's in the Burlington, Middlebury or Bristol areas as well. Please keep in mind, the shuttles will only be going to and from the hotels in Burlington.
