Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
January 31st at the latest. We appreciate responses as early as possible so that we have enough seating and food for everyone who attends.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Yes, you are welcome to bring your date, but please include them in your RVSP or message us directly so that we have an accurate head count.
Question
Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, children are welcome to attend, however we will not have daycare or separate children's area, so children will need to sit with their families and will need to be accompanied by a parent or other family member to use the restrooms.

Are pets welcome?
Answer
Yes, pets are welcome, but we ask that their guardians take precautions (e.g. leash, pet carrier, etc.), bring their own pet food, and clean up after their pets to ensure the safety and comfort of all of our guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, please mention in your RVSP or message us directly about any food allergies or dietary restrictions. The menu will be available on this website a few months before the event. Our menu selection will be mindful of our Muslim guests and our Catholic guests observing Lent, and it will mention common allergens if present. Beyond that we will do our best to make accommodations.

Is there a dress code?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we will have a shuttle van to and from the venue for our guests staying at hotels in McKinney. If you are coming from outside McKinney and don't have your own car, please utilize rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue, however space is limited so carpool and rideshare are encouraged.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Answer
Yes, while there are stairs in some parts of the venue, there are wheelchair accessible ramps to the entrance, main seating areas, and restrooms. If you require more specific assistance or accommodations, please message us directly ahead of time so we can make arrangements.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 1:00 so that everyone can be welcomed and seated before the ceremony begins at 1:30 pm.
