To access the Naval Base Point Loma (where our venue is located), you must register for entry and consent to a background check. This ensures the safety and security of everyone on the base. This process is only for guests 18 years old and above. Please read the entirety of this section to ensure you will not encounter any issues on the Wedding day when trying to access the venue on the Naval Base. Please follow the steps below to go through the vetting process. Ensure your name matches the government-issued ID you will present at the gate. Step 3: During this process, you'll be asked for the following sponsor information. Please enter the following information: - Email: MASONGOINS7@GMAIL.COM - Phone Number: (916) 531-8845 - Site: NAVY - Filter Site: NAVAL BASE PT LOMA - Date of Visit: OCT 18, 2025 Step 4: After registering, you will receive a QR code and a six-character code. Please save or screenshot this code. Please send all of the following information to Mason at (916) 531-8845, so we can submit the codes on our end. - Six-character code - Full government name (first, middle, and last name) - Date you completed the form - Passport expiration date (for foreign nationals only) IMPORTANT NOTE: THE QR CODE ALONE WILL NOT GRANT YOU ACCESS TO THE BASE. A PHYSICAL PAPER PASS (PRINTED COPY OF THE QR CODE) IS REQUIRED TO SHOW AT THE GATE!!! The Ceremony will be outdoors overlooking the water and Ballast Point. The Reception will take place in both the ballroom and outdoor deck. Although October weather is the perfect time of year down in San Diego, we would still recommend dressing in layers as it will get chilly after the sun sets.
We are kindly requesting that everyone be fully present with us during the ceremony and not take any pictures on their devices during the ceremony. Don't worry, we will have a photographer to capture all of our special moments! However, please take plenty of pictures during the reception!
Our Ceremony will start promptly at 5 pm, so please arrive between fifteen to twenty minutes before then to allow time for parking and finding your seat. We request you don't get there any sooner as there are restrictions with our venue in regard to the timing of guest arrivals.
