What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue between 10:30am and 10:50am, for a prompt start of the ceremony at 11:00am.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at the venue.

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes, the bar will have wine/beer options as well as liquor for mixed drinks. Coffee, soda, and water will also be available. Please have fun! For our family and friends from out of town, know that alcohol can have a stronger effect at higher elevations.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The venue has offerings that cater to almost all dietary restrictions. Please make us aware of these when you RSVP, so that we can be sure these are prepared!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire for this event is Summer Semi-Formal. For women, think midi/maxi dresses or jumpsuits in bright colors! For men, a blazer/slacks of any color - no ties required. Please, no jeans or white/cream dresses. Overall, wear what you are comfortable in and makes you feel your best!

Anything else I should know?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, weather permitting. The ceremony will be on a grass lawn, so we suggest avoiding any shoes that could get stuck in the grass. We are so excited to celebrate with you!

We have a limited guest list, so if you would like to bring a +1 that was not already listed on your invitation, please ask us and we will see what we can do!
