We will have a block of hotel rooms and will provide transportation to and from our wedding venue for those that are staying there. Please book your room(s) prior to Fri - June 2nd 2023 in order to get the discounted rate.

Shuttle
July 1, 2023 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Shuttles will be available to take our guests to and from the venue. There will be shuttles departing from the hotel at 3:30 PM to get our guests over to the Mansion at Oyster Bay. At the end of the reception, shuttles will arrive to transport guests from the venue back to the hotel. For those guests that are driving, there is valet parking available at the venue.
Train
For our guests travelling by train, the Farmingdale station is closest to the hotel. It is a less than 10 minute drive away! This station is on the LIRR Ronkonkoma line. An added bonus is that Farmingdale has some really great bars & restaurants walking distance from the station if you're looking for something to do when you get into town!
