Picture this: It was a sunny summer day in a small Escondido driving school and a group of nervous teenagers gathered in a classroom, ready to learn the rules of the road. That's where we first locked eyes. We were both just 15 and 16 years old, with no idea what we were in for. As fate would have it, we ended up sitting at the same small table. We were thrown together for three long days, forced to endure the endless monotony of driver education classes and those gory videos that make you never want to get behind the wheel again. We immediately hit it off, joking and laughing all day long. Just two young kids goofing off and crushing hard. Something special was happening On the second day of class, we decided to break free from the classroom and go out to lunch together. It was a welcome escape and a chance to get to know each other better. We laughed and joked like we had known each other for years, even though we had only just met. After the three days of class were over, we said our goodbyes and went back to our normal lives. We both went to different high schools and life marched onwards, but we never forgot about each other and obviously made a lasting impression on one another. Years went by, and we lost touch. But then, out of the blue, we reconnected on Facebook. We remembered each other from so many years ago and we decided to catch up. We started chatting, and before we knew it, we were going on our first date. And the rest, as they say, is history. We fell in love, started a business, and have been happily cruising down the road of life together ever since. All thanks to that fateful summer at driving school, where we first met and crushed hard on each other.
