We are utilizing a travel agent to help streamline the process of making travel plans for the wedding! We have simplified the steps needed as much as we can, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to myself or Sandy! A couple of important things before you begin: Firstly, we want to stress that the sooner you book, the better the deal you will secure. Secondly, though Aaron and I will be at this resort for 5 nights, some people are coming beforehand, and staying longer. You can fly in from wherever and stay as few or as many days as you would like! This is something you will discuss in more detail with Sandy. Lastly, we have paid for a set number of guests for the wedding/reception, but we also know there are some people who have asked about bringing someone along for the trip and/or as a plus one. If you want to bring someone along, go ahead! Just coordinate with Sandy so they can be accounted in travel costs. However, if you would like to bring them to the wedding and reception as your plus one, we just ask that let us know at least 6 months in advance and pay a $100 fee for the expenses that will be added to the event. While we would love to invite everyone we know, we have a surprising amount of people who want to join our celebration, and we wanted to find a way to compromise with our guests without compromising our budget. Thank you for understanding!

1) Each guest needs to fill out the Client Info Form (see link below), regardless of if you’re sharing a room/traveling together. Additionally, each form should have an email address unique to each guest. As a completely hypothetical example: Let’s say that Megan and Brandon are going to the wedding together, but Megan tends to be much more of a planner than Brandon and is therefore in charge. One might even say she “wears the pants.” When Megan fills out the form in her name and then proceeds to fill out Brandon’s, she must input HIS email instead of using hers twice, regardless of the fact that Brandon will probably disregard any incoming emails. This helps Sandy on her side of the planning! 2) After filling out the Client Info Form, you will need to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form (see link below). To hold your room, it’s $50 per person. So even if you’re sharing a room, the deposit needs to be multiplied by the amount of people in the room. Under Trip Confirmation Number, just leave blank. Important: When filling out your CC info, there isn’t a place to enter the 3 digit authorization code (usually located on the back of your card) so please enter this under the section titled Authorization Comments. 3) Once you have filled out both forms, reach out to Sandy via email, text/call. You will discuss with her the dates you’re staying, the type of accommodations you want as far as class of airfare and type of room. She will give you a total amount due and the deadline by which you need to pay. You’re able to make as few or as many payments from the time you put down the deposit until this deadline, so simply work out a payment plan with Sandy
