Brittany is Erika's younger sister, although you wouldn't have known it when they were kids as they were often mistaken as twins! If you ask them, they don't look anything alike, but they have shared similar interests throughout their lives. From violin and horseback riding, all the way up to graduating as Chemical Engineers from Colorado School of Mines, these two prove great minds think alike. Who better to be Erika's maid of honor than the person who has always supported her and been by her side?

Brandon and Louden first met in elementary school and grew up together in Bloomington, Minnesota, alongside their other friends, collectively known as the "B-town boys". The two have shared many great memories over the years, one of the more notable being a mishap at a family reunion resulting in Brandon's Grieser given nickname "Falls-on-balls". Although it wasn't intentional in this situation, Brandon loves to make others laugh, often at his own expense. Despite living in different states, distance has proven to be no barrier for these two.

Emily Trousil

Erika first met Emily in college at a new member retreat for their sorority, and immediately knew she wanted to be friends after discovering Emily was also a "horse girl". This conversation ultimately led to not only Emily becoming one of the most important people in Erika's life, but Louden as well. If it weren't for Emily, who also knew Louden during college, Louden and Erika would have never met. When she's not spending her time playing accidental matchmaker, Emily is an avid crafter and devoted mom to her dog, cat, and horse.

Jake Weems

Louden first spotted Jake in class sophomore year wearing a Minnesota Twins jersey. Upon further discussion, it was discovered they both grew up in Bloomington, leading to an instant friendship. Louden likes Jake so much, he was even willing to share a room with one of their roommates senior year (much to Erika's dismay) to ensure they could live together. Understandable, as Jake is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. These two have had many adventures together, including hiking the tallest mountain in the UK during a school trip to Scotland, as seen in the photo above.

Samantha Echtenkamp

Bridesmaid

Sam and Erika first met in high school and had the fortune of becoming friends during marching band. Although they're no longer band nerds, their friendship has only grown over the years. One of their favorite experiences together was when Sam lived in Honolulu for a Summer and Erika came to visit. Sam has been a joy throughout the wedding planning process, and based on events so far, has been voted most likely to cry the day of the wedding.

Colin Black

Groomsman

Although Colin and Louden met freshman year of college, they didn't start out as friends. Louden wasn't initially Colin's favorite person, but luckily working together as RA's sophomore year gave Louden plenty of time to grow on him. Some of Louden and Colin's favorite things to do together include playing board games (specifically one based on Game of Thrones), watching sports, and golfing. Louden looks forward to Colin and Kelsey's wedding in July, where he also has the honor of standing by Colin's side on their special day.

Faith Oehlerking

Faith and Louden met, and became friends, sophomore year when they were RA's in the same dorm. Faith became Louden's boss the following year, and if you know Louden at all you're likely unsurprised to hear he often took advantage of this, much to Faith's displeasure. Fortunately, their friendship continued, despite Louden's antics, and Faith remains a good friend today. In addition to always being there for you, Faith is outgoing and willing to try anything once. This, combined with her public speaking experience, made Faith the perfect choice for officiant.
