Question

Am I invited to the ceremony, dinner & reception?

Answer

When you go to RSVP under the "RSVP" tab on our website, please pay close attention to which events we have you down for. Due to COVID-19, our ceremony is limited to family and our bridal party. Your personal RSVP page will have more details. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What will happen due to COVID-19?

Answer

We are thinking carefully about the current pandemic. We are currently planning on still having our wedding on September 26, 2020. We do understand the growing concern. To accommodate the current social distancing guidelines we will be downsizing our guest list, requiring masks and other measures to ensure safety for guests & Dellwood’s staff. We will have hand sanitizer available throughout the venue to promote guest safety. We are lucky that we have complete access to Dellwood’s deck & patio, so guests can be outside the majority of the night if they wish- which should help with social distancing! Masks will be required when not seated! Please bring your own- we will have a few for backups in case anyone forgets. We absolutely understand those who do not feel comfortable attending.

Question

Are masks required?

Answer

YES! Please bring a mask as they will be required when not eating or drinking. We will have some backups available if you forget yours or need a new one. We are embracing 2020, and aiming for the utmost safety between our loved ones by requiring masks, per Governor Walz's mask mandate.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at PotteryBarn, Target and Amazon.com. All registries are linked on the registry page!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we truly do. But we want our wedding to be your night off from kid duty! Unless listed on RSVP please consider it a date night.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 28th, 2020. We are bumping up our RSVP date a little bit to accommodate COVID concerns. By having to pare down our guest list, we will be sending more invitations as declines come in. Thank you for understanding and being flexible! We truly appreciate it in these weird times.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite/RSVP says “and date” then yes, please do! If not, please come solo.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:50pm, as our ceremony location is at the back of the country club right on the golf course—it is outside!

Question

Where is the ceremony located?

Answer

The ceremony is located on the golf course side around back of the country club, it will be an outdoor ceremony!

Question

Do you have hotel room blocks available?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at the Best Western Plus White Bear Country Inn for Friday and Saturday night - please mention the Gobell/Pavlak wedding when booking. Please book by 8/26/2020.
