We partnered with a travel agent, Cathy, to get you the best rates. She will share the room options/pricing & also answer any questions.
All you need to secure your room put a deposit down which is refundable.
Contact Cathy Lowler ASAP (contact info at the bottom of this page) to reserve your room in our hotel block. Rooms include transport to and from the airport and all food/alcohol.
Please put your deposit down with Cathy and RSVP on this website by May 15.
For flights, we recommend asking her for a quote (she might be able to get you a deal), & you can also book your flight on your own. If you don't book your flight through Cathy, please email her your itinerary so she can arrange transport to and from the airport.
