Question

Do I have to stay at Esperanza Resort?

Answer

Not at all! While we’ll have rooms available at Esperanza Resort (where the main events will be held), there are plenty of nearby hotels, resorts, and even Airbnbs if that’s more your style. Transportation is also a breeze—Ubers and taxis are easily accessible in Cabo, making it simple to get to and from Esperanza for all the festivities.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We kindly ask that all of our wedding events remain adults-only, so children won’t be attending the ceremony, reception, or any of the scheduled celebrations. That said, you’re welcome to bring your kids along to Cabo! If you’d like, they can stay back at your resort or accommodations while you join us for the festivities.

Question

How do I get to my resort from the airport?

Answer

Cabo makes it easy! There are multiple transportation services you can book in advance that will take you directly from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) to your resort or accommodations. We highly recommend scheduling your ride ahead of time for a smooth and stress-free arrival, but taxis and rideshares are also available if you prefer to arrange transportation on the spot.

Question

Will transportation be provided between events and resorts?

Answer

We will not be offering organized transportation between resorts and wedding events. However, taxis, Ubers, and private car services are widely available in Cabo, making it easy to get around at your own pace. We recommend booking transportation in advance if possible, especially for airport transfers, to ensure a smooth and stress-free trip.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Please have your passport ready!

Question

When should I book flights and accommodations?

Answer

We recommend booking your flights and accommodations as early as possible—ideally 6–9 months in advance—to get the best rates and ensure availability, especially since Cabo is a popular travel destination. Our wedding weekend is May 10–13, 2026, with the ceremony on May 11, so plan your travel accordingly.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be outdoors to take full advantage of Cabo’s beautiful scenery! May in Cabo tends to be warm and sunny, so plan accordingly—light, breathable attire is a great choice, and don’t forget your sunglasses and sunscreen.
