We will have a welcome party to kick the weekend off right. There will be live music with small bites to snack on. Impact Coffee has a curated wine, beer, and specialty cocktail menu available for purchase. Feel free to come and go as you please.

Please let us know if you'd like to have your transportation provided from the hotel to the reception! The bus will pickup from the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Parking at the reception will be limited. Please see the travel page for more shuttle bus information.

Your finest garden party or cocktail attire! The property is grass so choose your footwear accordingly. No jeans, please.
Buses will be available to transport guests to and from the reception. We'll kick things off with cocktail hour and appetizers, eat a bunch of delicious food, and dance the night away. Dinner will be served casually from food trucks but please let us know if you have any specific dietary restrictions so that we can make special accommodations if necessary.

We will be hanging out at Impact the morning after. Swing by at your leisure before you head out of town! We will have breakfast bites to graze and Impact Coffee will serve coffee and smoothies for purchase. Feel free to come and go as you please.
