Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on this website under the "RSVP" tab. If you are unable to use the website, please contact Audrey or Sam.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you can make it by February 20, 2027. It is important for us to get a final headcount by this date for food and seating purposes. If you do not RSVP by this deadline, we will not be able to accommodate you for dinner. You are more than welcome to attend after dinner for drinks and dancing around 8:00pm!

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will take place at Pear Tree Estate, 2150 County Rd. 1000 E, Champaign, IL 61822. The ceremony will be at the Chapel building, located at the front of the property to the right. The reception will be at the building at the back of the property in the Anjou and Bartlett rooms. Staff will be available to guide guests between buildings.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive by 4:00 PM to ensure everybody is comfortable in their seats in a timely manner.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If the words "and guest" or your plus one's name is listed on your wedding invitation, you can absolutely bring someone! You will be able to RSVP for both yourself and your guest. Due to space constraints, we cannot accommodate any additional plus ones. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration (except for the little ones involved in our ceremony!). Thank you for making arrangements.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal event, and we encourage our guests to dress accordingly. Think tuxes or suits with ties, and long gowns or elegant cocktail dresses. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing casual clothing, including T-shirts, jeans, and sneakers. We would also like to avoid any white tones, such as ivory, cream, or champagne. We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up!

Question

Is on-site parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking space for all of our guests at the wedding venue. There are two separate lots available. If you are staying in Champaign, there are limited Rideshare options available, as well. Please drive responsibly and call for a ride if necessary!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors. Guests will, however, need to walk a short distance outdoors from the ceremony site to the reception. There will also be an outdoor space open during cocktail hour and the reception, weather permitting.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

We will update this information soon. If you have any food allergies or other dietary restrictions, please let Audrey or Sam know.

Question

Can I bring my own food and/or drink?

Answer

Due to our venue's policy, no outside food or drink is allowed. We will make sure there is more than enough for everybody throughout the evening!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks on us! There will be a variety of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers to choose from. There will also be iced water, iced tea, coffee, and soda available.

Question

Where should I stay overnight?

Answer

We are planning on reserving hotel room blocks in Champaign for our traveling guests. We will update this information soon. There are also limited rental properties around town through Vrbo, Airbnb, etc...

Question

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Having you at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, so don't feel pressured to bring a package. However, if you feel inclined to give us a gift, our registry is on this website under the "Registry" tab. We will also graciously accept monetary gifts to help save for our future honeymoon.
