Dunkin'
Anne and JD run on Dunkin! Right behind the church a perfect pick me up. Jake and I love to go to this Dunkin for a Friday treat after daily mass. The table by the window held a lot of our beginning dates!
The Perch @ Capital One Center
Home of our first date (and first KPMG teams collab Happy Hour). Yes, we have made our redemption tour here but Anne has yet to beat Jake at mini golf.
Wegmans
Some might say we picked our venue based on its proximity to Wegmans. For those who know Anne, know that her ultimate comfort and favorite place to spend a Sunday is at a Wegmans. A little slice of Upstate NY!

Some of the best bagels in the Arlington area, we are regulars- especially for our Sunday brunch tradition.

An all time favorite date spot! We love the fajitas here!

Anita's New Mexico Style Mexican Food
As you can tell, JD and I love our brunch spots! This place has fabulous breakfast burritos and right in the heart of Ballston.
Mimi's Handmade Ice Cream
One thing about AZ and JD is we love our ice cream!!! This page could be an ice cream tribute page but we will keep it to our top two favorites. The cookies and cream shake at Mimi’s has to be one of the best in the world (unbiased opinion.)
Bruster's Real Ice Cream
Another ice cream winner!! The best chocolate raspberry chunk AZ has had south of Scranton.
Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts
One of our favorite concert venues! We saw John Legend here last summer and it was incredible. Wolf Trap also has some great walking trails!
National Mall
While in DC, the mall is always a great choice! We love walking the tidal basin loop and going by all the Memorials.
Shenandoah National Park
If you are staying for longer! We love exploring our local national park. One of our favorite hikes was to Mary’s Rock.
