Are children welcome?

Although we love all your kiddies, unfortunately due to space limitations, we are having an adults-only reception. We also want you to be worry-free, enjoy the open bar and dance the night away! If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.

Can I bring a date/friend?

Answer

Due to the pandemic, we want to ensure a socially distanced wedding, and will have limited reserved seating. We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. Please refer to the seating chart at the venue entrance to find your assigned seat. We promise to sit you with people you know and love!

What safety precautions will be taken in order to keep everyone safe?

Answer

Keeping our guests safe is our number one priority! We will be following every safety protocol we possibly can. We will have sanitizing stations throughout the venue, temperature checks upon arrival, extra staff to frequently sanitize highly touched surfaces, and ask that you wear your mask when possible please. We have also downsized our guest list to just our close friends and family. We appreciate you so much for celebrating with us during these times!

Yes! We are registered right here on our website through www.zola.com/wedding/goingabuya. We are also registered at Bed, Bath & Beyond.

How do I select my meal preference?

Answer

Upon RSVPing, you will be prompted to select your preferred meal choice. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or are unable to select your meal of choice, and we will do our best to assist.

Any recommendations on things to do after the ceremony, while waiting for the reception to begin?

Answer

Yes! Check our “Things to Do” tab where we included a few of our favorite places in the Houston area. Please feel free to check these out, grab a snack, or even take a nap before the reception. We can’t wait to dance all night with you!
