When does the wedding start and end?

Answer

Feel free to arrive as early as 3:30 for some welcome champagne and refreshments. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm and the reception will end at 10:30pm. There will be an afterparty from 10:30pm-1am at the DoubleTree bar.

Is there a hotel room block?

When is check-in at the hotel?

Answer

Check-in is at 3pm. Any early check-in's are not guaranteed, we recommend arriving early as management said rooms can start to become available at 1pm but it is first come first serve.

Is there going to be transportation provided for guests?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to bring guests from the DoubleTree Hilton Poughkeepsie to and from The Grandview. We are aware check-in is 3pm, ceremony will not begin until second shuttle arrives. There will be two shuttle trips. The first at 3:30 and the second at 3:50 to give you as much time as possible!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire: Bright colors encouraged!! A suit or a dress shirt with a tie is suggested. A midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates are also welcome.

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. The only children attending are the ones in our wedding party.
