Here's to forever.

Once upon a time, in a land far, far away (Oxford, OH) Michaela and Alec attended a small school in Ohio. They met in the fall of 2016 at Miami University when they both joined the same business fraternity (shoutout to all the PSE couples) and their lives were forever changed!! At first, they got to know each other from a distance, but their friend groups became more intertwined and the two began to spend more and more time together. Somewhere between the study sessions at the library, the late nights out at the bars, and their walks to class, they both realized their relationship was slowly turning into more than a friendship. After graduation, they kept talking....and talking....and talking...until they finally decided to meet up in Minneapolis in September 2019 for a quick weekend and figure out what "this" was. The weekend was effortless, romantic, and more than they hoped it would be, marking the start of an incredible relationship. After two years of navigating long distance, they reunited in Dallas in 2021 and moved in together the following year with their perfect/beautiful/angel cat, Miss Pip. After three wonderful years full of great friends and the best memories, they’ve settled in Chicago, back in their midwestern roots, ready for the next chapter together (still with Miss Pip, obviously).
