Dinner options include the following, * Roasted Lemon Thyme Chicken with lyonnaise fingerling potato, french beans and black truffle buerre blanc * Flame-Roasted Marinated Steak Sliced with parsnip-potato puree, garlic broccolini, wild mushroom-redwine ragout * Vegetable Napoleon - Grilled vegetables and a portobello mushroom over Basmati rice, topped with basil oil and balsamic reduction glaze
