Question

What are the dates and times to keep in mind?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! We ask that you keep some dates in mind as we finalize our plans. Please RSVP with Meal Selection by Monday, July 3, 2023. Please be sure to indicate any special dietary restrictions and/or allergies. Reservations by the Hotel must be received on or before Thursday, July 6, 2023 in order to secure a room via the room block provided to our guests. The reservation link can be found in the Travel section of our website. We have secured transportation for any guests staying at the Hotel secured in by the room block. We ask that you check out our Travel section to view rates. Please reserve by July 6, 2023. Departure for the wedding venue is planned for 4:30 PM. Please check-in on Thursday, August 10 to best plan for an on-time arrival to the wedding venue. The check in for the Hotel is at 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive on Friday, please note you must call in the to the Hotel Friday morning to request an early check-in.

Will we be able to secure a room through a room block?

Answer

Yes, we have secured a room block at the Sonesta Select Boston Milford. Reservations by the Hotel must be received on or before Thursday, July 6, 2023 in order to secure a room via the room block provided to our guests. The reservation link can be found in the Travel section of our website.

Are children invited?

Answer

No, children are not invited and we thank you in advance for respecting our wishes.

Is there a dress code? What is the attire policy?

Answer

This is a Formal Black Tie Optional Affair. Gowns, Cocktail dresses, Suits, and Tuxedos are encouraged. Please refrain from black-colored dresses or gowns. Thank you.

Is this an outdoor or indoor celebration?

Answer

Please anticipate an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, transportation is being provided to guests who will stay at the Sonesta Select Boston Milford hotel. Please be sure to answer and refer to the RSVP question that will inquire whether you will stay at the recommended hotel and will need transportation.

What time should guests arrive? What time will the ceremony start?

Answer

Please be sure to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start (5:00 PM). The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM.

How will you communicate any updates to your guests?

Answer

Please check in to the website for any up-to-date changes or information that may impact our guests. We will do our best to keep this website up to date (including up to ceremony start).

What if we have a question/concern not answered or addressed in the website or invitation?

Answer

Please send an email to info@laviniapaulevents.com if you have a question not answered by the website or your formal invites, but we do ask you to keep checking in with our website for up to date information as they come in. If you do need to email, please make sure mention reason for the communication and the couple’s hashtag. Example: Transportation - GofortheGreene2023
