If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful. We ask that you RSVP before July 31st. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.
Guests are welcome to bring a plus-one if they were included on the original invitation. Please refer to your invitation for guest information.
We're excited to celebrate with you in a semi-formal setting. We encourage guests to wear attire that makes them feel confident and comfortable, such as cocktail dresses or suits. Please refrain from wearing the color blue as it is reserved for the wedding party! The ceremony will be held outdoors under the shade of the trees. To keep you cool, we'll have hand-held fans ready. Afterwards, join us inside for the reception.
To ensure a smooth arrival, we recommend using Apple Maps or Google Maps for directions to the venue. Please be aware that some street signs leading to our location are missing, so relying on your GPS will be helpful. Also, please note that the final stretch to the venue is on a gravel road. Once you're here, you'll find that cell phone reception can be spotty. Because of this, we strongly advise planning your transportation in advance. Please do not rely on ride-sharing services like Uber for your departure at the end of the night, as it's unlikely you'll be able to secure a ride. We want everyone to get home safely and easily!
The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find your seat and enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere.
From I-35 N take exit 157 for OK-33 toward Guthrie/Perkins/Cushing. Turn right onto OK-33 E. Slight right toward OK-105 E. Turn right onto 3290 Rd/Pottawatomie Rd. Turn left onto E Main St/E 800 Rd, E Main St/E 800 Rd turns right, turns slightly left, and then turns slightly right. Immediately after the "S" turn continue straight onto S 3295 Rd. Venue sign will be on your right.

Yes! The venue is completely handicap accessible and ADA compliant. The walk from the parking lot to the venue/ceremony area is a scenic 360-ft elevated wooden, lighted pedestrian bridge. For guests needing assistance or those who are uncomfortable walking from the parking down the pedestrian bridge we offer a limited auto drop off area near the venue. Look for a sign saying vendor loading/unloading. For nonambulatory guests or those uncomfortable walking down steps to the outdoor ceremony area, we offer a shuttle service from the parking to the outdoor ceremony area. We also provide a beautiful wooden elevated observation deck near the building with a fire pit that overlooks the outdoor ceremony for those who wish to not use the steps or the shuttle service in participating with the outdoor ceremony.
