In early 2020, when it felt like things were falling apart around the world due to COVID-19, two people fell in love! Thanks to a pair of right swipes on Bumble, Bri and Blake matched and instantly hit it off. Bri's first message to Blake? "Favorite sports teams? Go." No hi, no hello, just straight to the point. Being a super fan of sports, Blake says he was sold (even though Bri was a Trojan fan who he had to work hard to convert over to the Ute side)! After almost two years together, Blake pulled off the ultimate surprise and proposed at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, NY, a day after they watched Bri's favorite team, the New York Yankees, beat the Red Sox on a walk-off hit in extra innings on Opening Day. His proposal came up on the big screen in the middle of the 5th inning. An inning later, the Yankees hit a 2-run homerun to take the lead as Bri and Blake were taking one of their first photos to send to family as an engaged couple. If that's not a great sign, I don't know what is!

We are so excited to have all of our closest friends a family come together very soon! We ask that you RSVP no later than July 28, 2023 as it will allow us to continue planning for an incredibly fun event with as many of our loved ones as possible.
