Welcome Party

Attire: Italian Garden Party (The grass can get soft, so be mindful of your shoe selection)

Join us for a magical night under the Tuscan sunset. The weekend will kick off with delicious Italian delicacies and plenty of wine and spritzes. Transportation for this event Monastero di Cortona: If your last name begins with A-H, pick up from Monastero di Cortona at 5:50pm. If your last name begins with I-Z, pick up from Monastero di Cortona at 6:20pm.   Hotel San Luca: Pick up from Piazza Garibaldi at 6:00pm   Villa Marsili: Pick up from Villa Marsili at 6:00pm Transportation back to your designated pick up locations will be available from 9:00pm – 11:30pm.

Authentic Italian Truffle Hunt

9:00 am - 4:30 pm

Comfortable Clothing: Truffle hunting often involves walking through forests and uneven terrain.

Join us on a uniquely Italian experience at La Marronaia in San Gimignano, hunting for truffles in the Tuscan countryside. Following the hunt, lunch and drinks will be provided (what did you think the truffles were for!?). Truffle Hunt Cost: $135 / person. Please send Venmo to Michael-Babakitis Transportation for this event La Corte Dei Papi:  Pick up from La Corte Dei Papi at 9:00am    Guests staying in Cortona: Pick up from Piazza del Mercato at 9:00am   You will be dropped off at the designated pick up location following the excursion.

Wedding

Attire: Formal / Black Tie Optional - think elevated looks, medium-to-long gowns. The grass can get soft, so avoid stilettos, we recommend a block heel, wedge, or flat.

Ceremony to begin promptly at 5pm. Ceremony followed by cocktail hour, reception, and after party all at the venue, Relais la Corte dei Papi. Transportation for this event  Monastero di Cortona: If your last name begins with A-H, pick up from Monastero di Cortona at 4:00pm. If your last name ends with I-Z, pick up from Monastero di Cortona at 4:20pm.   Hotel San Luca: Pick up from Piazza Garibaldi at 4:15pm   Villa Marsili: Pick up from Villa Marsili at 4:15pm    Transportation back to your designated pick up locations will be available from 11:30pm - 3:00am.

Farewell Pool Party

Attire: Bathing suits and cover ups

Don't let the party stop quite yet! Join us for a farewell pool party, back at the scene of the crime. Food and drinks will be served, and pool floaties will be used. Relax and extend the festivities for a final day! Monastero di Cortona: Pick up from Monastero di Cortona will be available at 12:15pm, 12:45pm, and 1:15pm.   Hotel San Luca / Villa Marsili: Pick up from Piazza Garibaldi will be available at 12:15pm, 12:45pm, and 1:15pm. Transportation back to your designated pick up locations will be available from 2:30pm – 5:30pm.
