Swimming and Sunning
Soak up views of the marsh while taking a dip in the pool, heated for year-round enjoyment, or find a shady retreat in the pool house.
Yard Games
Outdoor games & recreation supplies (cornhole, bocce ball, horseshoes, sports balls, & more!). We also plan on utilizing the firepits for s'mores.
Fishing and Crabbing
Light fishing tackle such as rods, nets, and cages are available at each home on the property. Enjoy 2 deep water docks, no fishing license required. Fishing excursions can be scheduled through the farm if there is enough interest. We plan to do some low-key fishing, so feel free to join!
