The North End is Boston's Italian neighborhood. We would recommend getting a sandwich at Monica's Mercato or cannolis at Modern Pastry. Be sure to wander Hanover Street to find a spot for pizza, pasta, or espresso martinis!
The Seaport District is a great place to hang out in the summer. There are so many great restaurants, bars, and beer gardens within walking distance of the hotel. Some of our favorites are: - Flour Bakery (12 Farnsworth St, Boston) : Great pastries and sandwiches! - Island Creek (99 Autumn Ln, Boston) : Beer garden with anything from hot dogs to oysters - Cisco Brewers (85 Northern Ave, Boston) : Beer garden serving local beers and often live music! - Reelhouse Oyster Bar (10 Waterside Ave, Boston) : Restaurant with great seafood - right on the water! - Chickadee (21 Drydock Ave, Boston) : A Godschall family favorite for mediterranean food - Boqueria (25 Thomson Pl, Boston) : Spanish tapas restaurant & wine bar - Nautilus (300 Pier 4 Blvd., Boston) : Asian fusion restaurant with good views - Row 34 (383 Congress St, Boston) : Seafood restaurant with a great lobster roll
The Boston Harborwalk is a waterfront trail that runs through the Seaport (you can access it within walking distance of the hotel). It's a great stroll for a nice day! A map of the trail can be found here: https://www.bostonharborwalk.org/.
The Freedom Trail is 2.5-mile path that stops at many of Boston's historical sites from the American Revolution. It's a great way to see the city and learn some history! https://www.thefreedomtrail.org/visit/maps
