Justin always tells people we "met the old fashioned way...online." ; ) We tell each other it's been a long and tough journey to find each other...but so worth the wait. We met on Match.com and talked for at least a month before we had our first in-person date. I had just gotten the keys to my new rental home on Pearl St in Jeffersonville, IN. No sooner had my landlord handed over the keys to my empty home had Justin knocked on my front door. I answered and was soo impressed thinking..."this guy is smoking hot and his pictures do not do him justice." He gave me one of the biggest, warmest hugs and I melted. We walked down the street to what would soon become our favorite pizza place, Parlour. The conversation was so flawless. I could tell instantly that he was a genuine soul and a really good guy. He also made me laugh which was just icing on the cake. We followed that by a walk on the bridge that connects IN to KY and the night ended too soon many hours later. It wasn't long before I was in love with him and knew he was my person. We had a lot of great moments and made lots of memories at that home on Pearl St. Before moving out of our Indiana home to move to KY to live at Justin's full-time, we decided to recreate our first date. That evening, Justin surprised me by proposing on the bridge we had walked on the night of our first meeting. I teared up and the rest is a beautiful blur. I love this man...I have found my forever...I can't wait to be his wife.
