For our out-of-town guests, the closest airport is Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), located about 15 minutes from the venue/ hotel. It’s the most convenient option for flights in and out of the area. From there, you’ll find rental cars, ride shares, and other transportation options to help you get to your hotel or the venue with ease.

We’ve reserved a room block at The Westin Cleveland Downtown, which is the only hotel offering a special discounted rate for our wedding guests. Be sure to use the booking link or code provided by June 9, 2026 to secure your room at the group rate! There other hotels located nearby and may be great alternatives, but please note that they do not offer a discounted rate or room block. Important: The shuttle to and from the wedding venue will only run between The Westin and the venue. If you plan to use the shuttle service, we recommend booking your stay at The Westin.

A complimentary shuttle will run to and from the venue exclusively from The Westin Cleveland Downtown. Shuttles will depart approximately every 20 minutes, starting at 4:30 PM. If you plan to use the shuttle, please be sure to book your stay at The Westin!
