Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited. However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guest can be 100% present with us during this time. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our special day, so again we kindly ask that you please put away your phones and cameras to enjoy with moment with us! We promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Indoor! With the exception of cocktail hour, the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be covering Beer, Wine, Champagne, as well as Bride&Grooms cocktails for majority of the evening! However, it is still a full service bar so feel free to purchase other drinks at your own expense.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for the big day, so we ask that all guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. The theme is “Garden Party” so colorful, fashion forward gowns are encouraged, but not mandatory. Ladies, please refrain from wearing any white, ivory, or champagne tones. Gentlemen, we would like to see you in your Sunday best, so suits and sport coats are appreciated but again, not mandatory! What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving to the venue 20-30 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins.

If I'm coming from out of town, where do I stay?

Answer

Our town has an abundance of hotels & AirBnbs to choose from! Please see the “travel” tab on our website for recommendations.

When & where should I RSVP?

Answer

As soon as possible! Please RSVP by June 1, 2025 by using the URL/QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. Unfortunately, all RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining. We will miss you celebrating with us!

Where will the wedding be taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at "The Weinberg at Wixon Valley" located at 7786 Kurten Cemetery Rd, Bryan, TX 77808.

Where should I park?

Answer

Please park at the venue parking lot, there is plenty of space! All cars left over night must be picked up by 9AM the following day (Sunday, August 3, 2025) or due to venue policy, the vehicle will be towed at the owners expense.
