When should I RSVP by?

This will be an adults-only celebration.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

We will have an outdoor ceremony on the lawn of Timberlee’s ceremonial garden, weather permitting. Our reception will be held in an indoor space with large doors that open up to a covered patio. Guests will be able to enjoy both the indoor area and the outdoor patio, giving plenty of room to mingle and celebrate!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Suits, dress slacks with button-ups, dresses, jumpsuits, or other polished and semi-formal outfits. Please consider the indoor/outdoor nature of our venue when planning your attire.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at our venue. We do encourage guests to carpool if possible, and most importantly, please don’t drink and drive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation for all of our guests. If you think you’ll need a ride, we encourage you to make arrangements ahead of time. We’ve provided a few options for transportation in the ‘Travel’ section of our website. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any additional recommendations! We are happy to help.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No outside alcohol is permitted on venue property at any time. We’ll have an open bar available for guests to enjoy during the cocktail hour and reception.
