Wissahickon Valley Park and Valley Forge National Historical Park are both beautiful spots nearby for hiking and walking. The Morris Arboretum (located in Chestnut Hill) is also nearby and is a beautiful place to walk around if you're looking for gardens and scenic outdoor space.
Chestnut Hill, Manayunk, and Conshohocken (all 15-25 minutes by car) are great areas to explore, with local shops, restaurants, and bars within easy reach. Ambler and Blue Bell are the closest nearby towns with great restaurants, breweries, and wineries if you're looking to stay hyperlocal.
